Services Provided

Advanced Palatka Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Palatka, Florida and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during installation. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with final payment due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Failure to make payment according to agreed terms may result in suspension of services and legal action to collect outstanding amounts.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has clear access to the work area and for removing any obstacles, pets, or personal items that may interfere with installation. You must also obtain any necessary permissions from homeowners associations or local authorities before we begin work. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscaping that are not clearly marked or disclosed prior to installation.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer warranties as specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by weather events, accidents, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Advanced Palatka Fencing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage but are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. If we have already ordered custom materials for your project, you may be responsible for those costs even if you cancel.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Putnam County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.
